Our goal is to “Exceed Expectations.” Those of our director, those of ourselves, and those of our audience, and of course… to have fun in the process!
Thus, The New Horizon Chorus is a dynamic group of men working towards a common goal of musical excellence in order to thrill and charm their audiences. We are dedicated to excellence and the continuous improvement of our singing and entertaining. In order to challenge and motivate our members, we constantly strive to create what our director Allen Hatton refers to as, “that magical moment when the music becomes art.”
We exist to provide a fun quality singing ensemble for our community to enjoy, promoting fellowship among our members, to encourage music appreciation in schools and community, and to contribute to worthwhile musical causes by supporting our musical youth through our scholarship program. The chorus attracts members from a complete range of ages, backgrounds and employment; from early teens, to college students, to business professionals, to men in retirement.
